Life happens — send a message if you're running behind. Very late arrivals may need a simpler design or a new time so the next client isn't kept waiting.

No-shows

Missed appointments without notice forfeit the deposit.

Hi, I'm Amiel.

I'm an Austin nail artist who loves the details — a pop of color on a classic French, a dangling charm, a set themed around your birthday. My favorite part is watching you glow when you see your hands.

Every appointment is one-on-one and unrushed. We talk through your inspo, I do the prep right, and you leave with a set that feels like you — and lasts.

How much is a full set?

Prices for every service are shown on the booking page, and the final price depends on length and art. You'll always see it before you confirm — no surprise fees.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on the service, length and art — detailed sets take longer, and your appointment is never rushed. Your confirmation shows the time for your exact service.

Can you recreate my inspo picture?

Yes — that's the fun part. Add your inspo photo when you book (or send it by DM). Amiel will make it yours and let you know if anything needs adjusting for your nail length or shape.

Do I need to pay a deposit? Is it refundable?

Yes, a deposit holds your spot and goes toward your set. If you reschedule in time, it moves with you to the new appointment.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Use the link in your confirmation (or send a DM) as early as possible. Early notice keeps your deposit on your next appointment.

What if I'm running late?

Send a quick message. A short delay is usually fine; if it's very late, we may simplify the design or move you to a new time.

What if a nail lifts or breaks?

Send a DM with a photo as soon as you notice. If it's early in your set, we'll make it right.

How should I come prepared?

Come with clean, bare nails if you can. If you're wearing another tech's set, book removal along with your new set so there's time to take it off gently. Have your inspo saved and ready.

How do I make my set last?

Use cuticle oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and don't pick or use your nails as tools. Book your fill every 2–3 weeks to keep it fresh and strong.

How can I pay? Do you take tips?

Payment options are shown when you book and the balance is paid at your appointment. Tips are never expected, always appreciated.

Can I bring a friend or my kids?

Just ask when you book — it keeps the space calm and your appointment on time.
